About Your File
Why a file instead of a form?
A form is a message. A file is a place. Your photos, your notes, and the visit time all stay on it, and you can come back to it any time without repeating yourself.
Do I need a password?
No. When you want to see your file, type your email and we send a sign-in link. Tap it and you are in. Each link works for a little while; asking for a fresh one takes ten seconds.
What happens to my photos?
They go on your file and only the Double J Builds team can see them. They are shrunk on your phone before they are sent, so even a big batch goes fast.
What is Passport for Cash?
Every file carries a code, which is your file number. When a neighbor or friend opens their own file and puts your code in the "who sent you" box, and their job is finished, cash comes to you. Your file shows what you have earned and what has been paid.
