What is the job add-on?
A flat amount on top of the per-square-foot figure that covers setup, protection, cleanup, and the small things every job needs. It is shown separately so you can see both numbers.
Why does the full estimate ask for my email?
One trade is free with no email. The rest, plus storm alerts for your address, open with an email once. Double J Builds uses it to send your numbers and never sells it.
My house is not in the records. Now what?
